1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping Pan-India – No extra charges for delivery.

  • Delivery Timeline – Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • We deliver throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays.

  • In case of unexpected delays (festivals, strikes, adverse weather, or courier issues), we will keep you informed.

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on all eligible orders.

  • No additional charges for COD.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

 

4. Packaging & Safety

  • Every item is carefully packed in sturdy packaging to avoid damage in transit.

  • For extra security, some deliveries may require OTP (One-Time Password) verification shared on your registered mobile/email.

 

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your tracking number.

  • The tracking ID will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Modifying Shipping Address

  • You may change your shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting support@saanira.com.

  • Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be modified.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If you are unavailable or unable to accept the package after 3 attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, shipping/delivery charges may be deducted from your refund.

8. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is covered by us.

  • Returns are processed through our trusted reverse-logistics partners.

9. Order Cutoff Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
